| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. We accept all credit card payment except Amex, and many debit cards. If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order as usual and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency. Card payments will show on your statement as "Glamourkitten". If you do not wish to use a credit card, we do also accept personal cheques for smaller value items. Your order items will be placed on hold for up to seven working days, and dispatched after your cheque has cleared. |
| Shipping And Handling Shipping is FREE for orders over £60. For smaller orders, we have a shipping and postage charge of between £2 and £10, according to your location. We suggest that orders are are sent by Royal Mail recorded delivery. This service is very fast and includes insurance up to £250. More expensive items will be insured to their full value. All items are shipped in a sturdy box package, if you would like gift packaging with a card, please contact us before ordering. We will deliver to the address given to us by you at the time you place your order. Please remember to state if this is different from your card billing address. glamourkitten respects the enviroment, and unless the order is sent as a gift, orders may be sent in reused outer packaging. |
| Delivery Schedule We will normally despatch your order to you within 3-5 business days. If sent by guaranteed delivery it should arrive 24-48 hours after that. Please allow 14 days for delivery if your order is to be sent by 1st class post. Overseas items will of course take longer. Consignment and couture items in stock usually take 7- 14 working days. For couture items that are made to order, please read the listing carefully before purchasing as some items may take up to a month to complete. Whether couture or vintage, if your purchase is required more urgently, please contact us before ordering. We may well be able to help. |
